ZS Associates is looking for a Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant (Data Engineer) to join their growing team.

At ZS, you’ll work with a global consulting and technology firm that blends data, science, technology, and human ingenuity to deliver real-world impact for clients across industries. In this role, you will work on data engineering, data management, and analytics solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.

You’ll be part of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing team, focusing on ensuring data quality, building scalable solutions, and driving Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This is a client-facing role, offering opportunities to travel, interact with diverse teams, and work on global business problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and deliver technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead project workstreams and participate in hands-on development.
• Validate designs with technical architects and ensure quality delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and manage small project teams.
• Guide deliverables such as solution design, user requirements, test cases, and deployment plans.
• Support project planning, staffing, and risk management.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Python, ETL Development, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, Data Warehousing, Reporting, Big Data Concepts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, or technology solutions.
• Strong foundation in databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks).
• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in global teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel for client-facing engagements when required.
